Relational Fitness
Self / Team / Cohort
Trust and cohesion are trainable. We facilitate sessions that strengthen how a group listens, disagrees, and decides together, drawing on somatic and contemplative practice that reaches past talking points. For founders and cohorts, this is the connective tissue that keeps collaboration steady under pressure.

Learning & Development
Team / Cohort
Hands-on workshops that leave a group with tools it keeps using. We teach the models, frameworks, and governance practices a team or cohort can apply the same week, from decision-making to org design to values-based collaboration. Each session is built around your real challenges, so the learning lands in the work.

Goal-Driven Sprints
Team / Organization
Focused sprints that turn scattered inputs into committed direction. Over a few days to a couple of weeks, we move a team to a shared decision: a mission, a product vision, a validated hypothesis, or a plan the room will act on. Strategy and rapid prototyping run together, so you leave with an artifact.

Collaborative discovery

Curious where to start?
We run a collaborative discovery process we call Being, Sensing, Doing that helps us tune into what’s present and possible.
Being
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Feel your feet on the floor and let the day settle.
Sensing
Notice what has your attention. What feels alive, stuck, or unresolved? Let one thing come forward without forcing it.
Doing
Name one honest next step. Small counts. What would move this even slightly?
Take note of how you feel, what came to the surface, and what might be deserving of more attention.

Let’s work together

What are you navigating?
What would you like to achieve?
How are you feeling about it?
What could use the most help?
