The Challenge
New Inc's deputy director required high-impact learning and development content for their cohort of artists and designers, who focused on developing collaborative organizations for social, environmental, and political change.
The participants, many working in or interested in starting small impact organizations, required more than just theoretical concepts; they needed practical tools and hands-on experience they could immediately apply to their own work.

Our Impact
We designed and facilitated "Emergent Organizations for Change," a structured workshop that guided participants through creating values-based organizational models, understanding systems integration, and developing collaborative solutions to anticipated challenges.
Participants received concrete organizational concepts they had co-created, practical decision-making frameworks, governance tools, and a curated resource library. They left equipped with immediately applicable knowledge for building regenerative organizations embedded within broader social and environmental systems.
