We often hide from ourselves. This workshop unearths what is whispering in you, but has not yet been put to words. It unlocks your whole self so that you have access to your full wisdom as you chart new paths in life.

Who am I becoming?
Where am I going?
What am I in service of?
The Offering
Let your inner wisdom lead.
The Challenge
Something is asking for your attention. A transition you're navigating, a creative desire that won't quiet down, a decision that keeps circling without landing. You've thought about it from every angle. You may even know, intellectually, what you want. And somehow, movement still feels blocked.
Often, the block is a kind of conflict you can't see from where you're standing. What your conscious mind projects as the path forward may be in tension with something deeper, an instinct, a feeling, an image of yourself that doesn't match the trajectory you've been following. Both can feel true at the same time. And without a way to hold that tension and work with it, you stay in the loop of thinking harder about something that thinking alone can't resolve.
The Opportunity
Whole Vision: From Inner Knowing to Authentic Action is a three-part virtual workshop series designed to open a different channel. You learn a method for becoming aware of unconscious images and feelings, translating them into language, and working with what surfaces alongside what your analytical mind already knows. The practice draws from depth psychology and the Katonah Yoga® tradition, and you build the skill across all three sessions.
You apply this method to three essential questions: Who am I becoming? Where am I going? What am I in service of? By entering into these questions through guided visual meditation rather than intellectual analysis alone, you begin to see what is genuinely emerging in you, including what may be in tension with what you've assumed or been told. With a deeper understanding of who you are right now, you can set direction and movement that honors the full picture of who you are becoming.
Testimonials
Past participants who found authentic direction.
The image work has helped me push into new territory in my life and work that was not immediately accessible to me through language. The images have pointed me towards ideas and questions that had previously been floating just out of my grasp, and have given me new material to feed my creative process and intellectual inquiry.
This workshop helped me make sense of the medley of thoughts swirling around in my head lately. It brought clarity and encouraged me to see certain ideas I've been dwelling on from a new perspective, while also giving them the attention they deserve instead of brushing them aside.
Inside the Practice
A map to explore your unconscious.
Over three consecutive Saturdays in July, we'll dive into what your unconscious can share to support you on your own journey of becoming. You'll move through nine guided visual meditations, work with the images and feelings that arise, and translate what surfaces into language, insight, and direction for how you live.

The Framework & Philosophy
The meditations are organized around a nine-square grid, a mapping system rooted in Katonah Yoga® that traces its lineage to the Lo Shu magic square, Taoism, and early Chinese cosmological traditions. The grid functions as a holistic map of human interiority: each square represents a distinct territory of self, and together they cover the full conceptual landscape — from the patterns of your past to the longings of your heart, from the visions calling you forward to the legacy you'll offer.
The methods we use to investigate this terrain come from Jungian depth psychology, which gives us the understanding that the unconscious communicates through image and symbol, and from Kabbalistic image work, which contributes a contemplative practice of engaging those images as living material rather than puzzles to be decoded. Together, these three lineages tell us both where to look within ourselves and how to engage with what we find there.
The Practice
We've developed nine short guided meditations, each about five minutes, each prompting a specific area of your interior life. As you move through the full sequence, you reach regions of yourself you may rarely visit — so what emerges is a fuller picture of who you are rather than only what you already know how to articulate.
What surfaces — an image, a feeling, a sensation, a fragment of memory — becomes a seed of insight into how your unconscious is relating to your current, past, and future selves. These seeds carry information your analytical mind can then work with: material for reflection, language to give shape to what was previously unspoken, and direction for action in your personal life.
The Journey
Three core questions. Nine meditations.
Each core is a doorway into understanding who and where you are, what's emerging, and where you're going. Investigating these questions across three weekends gives you time to integrate between sessions, allowing you to notice what shifts, what surfaces, and what wants more attention. By the end, you will have generated a map that answers all three from personal insight, giving you both orientation and a sense of direction for your next move.

Rhythm of Sessions
What each session looks like.
Each session follows the same arc. We ground ourselves, understand the work conceptually, practice deeply — both independently and in dialogue with partners — and develop authentic action for the week ahead based on what's emerged.
01
Grounding connection upon arrival
Settling the group together, building presence and the safety for what's ahead.
02
A brief orientation to this session's concepts
Framing the territory we're about to work with.
03
Three guided visual meditations
Each about five minutes, each prompting a specific area of your interior life.
04
Reflective journaling following each meditation
Capturing what surfaced through writing, drawing, or any form of representation.
05
Partner dialogue
Discussing and digesting insights with another participant in one-on-one conversation.
06
Personal synthesis of what emerged
Drawing together the threads from the three meditations into a fuller picture.
07
Developing a plan for acting on what you've discovered
A small, concrete commitment for the week ahead.
The Container
The space we co-create together.
The depth of this work depends on the quality of the space. We build what we call a brave container — co-created by everyone present and held by a shared set of commitments. You bring whatever feels right for you to work with, and the format is designed so that you decide what to surface and how much to share. The experience tends to deepen in proportion to what you're willing to voice, and that openness becomes possible when you know everyone else in the room is holding the same commitments and doing the same depth of inquiry.
Curiosity
For what arises in yourself and for what others are working with — meeting both with openness rather than judgment.
Confidentiality
Holding what's shared in the space as belonging only to the people in the room.
Respect
For your own pace and edges, and for those of the people reflecting alongside you.
Your Guides
A collaboration between Togethering and Geography of Soul.
Whole Vision is a collaboration between Togethering and Geography of Soul. Jason leads the guided visual meditations, drawing from the Geography of Soul methodology. Chris leads the theory and framework segments, grounding the experience in the Whole Vision approach. Together, they developed and tested this format in New York, where participants described the experience as unlocking access to their full wisdom as they navigate new paths in life.

Jason Bacasa
Geography of Soul
Jason is the founder of Geography of Soul, a mapping system that weaves depth psychology with Katonah Yoga® theory to help people visualize and navigate their inner landscape. As a creative director, artist, and yogi, his work bridges inner wisdom with outer expression. His creative work has been recognized by the Sundance Institute and The Gotham, and as a performer, he has opened concerts for Cat Power, Sharon Van Etten, and Joanna Newsom. Jason believes that working with personal and unconscious images offers a path toward depth and distinction — an act of enlivening that lets you make contact with your once-in-a-galaxy self and step into the living of your own unique myth.

Chris Lunney
Togethering
Chris is the co-founder of Togethering, a facilitation consultancy that helps people and organizations navigate change through practices that integrate analytical thinking with embodied experience. His facilitation weaves conversation design, guided meditation, and somatic practices into containers where people can do honest work together. With a background in experiential design and studio art (light and sound installations), he brings an artist's attention to how environments shape what becomes possible. For Chris, much of his own growth has come from discovering how deeply he defaulted to intellectual problem-solving — and how much richer his understanding became when he learned to trust embodied intuition.

Who This Is For
Is this the right fit?
This is for you if…
- You're in a transition — a career change, a creative pivot, a major decision, or the pull of something you can't quite name.
- Up to now, you've made good decisions with your head. You're starting to see what becomes possible when your body, your heart, and your unconscious also have a say in who you're becoming.
- You're curious about guided visual meditation as a way of reaching parts of yourself that thinking alone can't reach. Prior practice isn't required.
- You trust that your dreams, emotions, longings, and quieter callings carry information worth listening to.
- You want insight that translates into action, and you can sit with material that doesn't immediately make sense, trusting that meaning emerges over time.
- You can commit to all three Saturdays and one small action each week that responds to what's surfacing.
- You're willing to do this work alongside others, holding their material with the same care you bring to your own.
This might not be the right fit if…
- You're looking for clinical support or therapeutic processing. Whole Vision is a workshop, not therapy, even though the work can feel personal. If you're in an active mental health crisis, please work with a licensed professional first. If you're currently in therapy, we'd encourage you to ask your therapist whether this program is a good fit alongside what you're working through.
- You can't commit to all three Saturdays. The series is designed to be experienced in sequence.
- You're skeptical that dreams, feelings, or intuitions carry meaningful information. And that's okay. Before deciding, we invite you to experience the methodology firsthand — drop into a weekly session and see what value it offers in your daily life before making any commitment.
- You find genuine ambiguity intolerable. The work spends time with images and feelings that resist immediate interpretation.
- You're not interested in doing this work alongside others. Partner dialogue is part of the format, and the cohort is part of what holds the container.
