Who We Are

About the Studio

Togethering was founded to address a gap in how we navigate change. We integrate proven business methodology with embodied practice, working at the intersection of how people think, feel, move, and act together. We bring the disciplines of the strategist, the facilitator, the somatic movement practitioner, the meditator, and the artist to every engagement. Our experience spans startups, cultural institutions, non-profits, wellness spaces, and global technology companies.

Having worked inside big tech R&D, built global programs from scratch, and designed experiences at the edge of art and technology, we spent years in the rooms where culture, product, and transformation collide. In parallel, we cultivated deep somatic and artistic practices in the studios and containers where people meet themselves more honestly — and saw the opportunity to bring this inner work to the forefront. With our grounding in creativity, contemplative frameworks, collective action, and the intelligence of the body, we carry a genuine belief in what those fields reveal about how people and organizations collaborate. Navigating change takes as much analysis and thought as intuition and embodied awareness, and when we work in alignment we make the most impact.

Mission

To enable the conditions that help us to think more clearly, feel more freely, and act more courageously—enabling the impact, creativity, and joy that occur when people do the genuinely meaningful work of trying to change, together.
